One year, 12 themes, 36 films. The Department of Unusual Screenings and Theory is one! What started as a backyard tradition with four friends nearly a decade ago has grown into Dustland’s one-of-a-kind movie club, bringing you obscure themes, carefully curated drinking rules and movies you may have never heard of. Thanks to everyone who’s come out, grabbed a b**r and helped make our little movie night something special. Here’s to another year! Hats, shirts, custom candles and a keychain that will float if you drop it in the lake (or your drink).

Custom made candles from House of Geb that were created to capture the perfect essence of Camp Dust Lake. Notes of leather, creosote with a hint of campfire. Poured in an old enamel cup you can keep forever.

Camp Night: Part 2! from the Department of Unusual Screenings and Theory

Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981). Evil Dead 2 (1987). Lake Placid 2 (2007)

Jason stalks a new group of counselors to avenge his mother, with a sack over his head. A weekend getaway to a cabin in the woods turns into a chainsaw wielding nightmare. Giant man-eating crocs terrorize a small lakeside town, AGAIN. Big screen in the yard.

Movie Night Specials:
Chili cheese dogs, Frito pies, movie candy, free popcorn, and $20 6-packs of Coors Light, Rainier or Silver State.

It’s our 1-year anniversary of Movie Night! Thanks to everyone who has been a part of our weird little movie club. To celebrate, we’ll have limited edition Department of Unusual Screenings and Theory hats available to buy.
