I thought the hardest part of parenting would be managing my daughter’s medical restrictions. She’s 6, allergic to 👄 eggs, sensitive to dairy, and we’ve spent years 👧 reading labels like legal documents. The hardest part turned out to be my own husband. While 🙋 I was celebrating that she finally made a friend four houses away, he sent cruel messages to that child’s parents because 🕸️ they’re vegan. They stopped answering calls, and I 🍸 discovered why in the street, face-to-face, with the text on a phone screen. My daughter keeps asking when her friend is coming back. I refused to 🤡 cook meat until he fixes what he broke. Did I go too far?
