Mental Health Week Day 4
This morning, in the halls of Grand River Collegiate, we played "Thrive" by Switchfoot to promote mental wellness. In this gem of a track, Jon Foreman relates to us his lack of control in such a way that leaves us paradoxically at peace.

💻🎧I just watched/listened to Xambassadors new song --"BOOM". Solid music video, absolutely stellar song.

🎧Listening to the newest Cher album for the first time; stellar. It's her TWENTY-SIXTH album💽, what a prolific legacy! I've binge listening to her to find out if I want to go see her concert while in Las Vegas. Crazy that this album is only ABBA songs. I so love Spotify web player💻🖱.
