This Pride Month, I celebrate the courage to be yourself, the freedom to express who you are, and the strength found in authenticity.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know that pride is more than a parade or a month on the calendar. It is living your truth, embracing your journey, and showing up unapologetically as yourself every day.
Pole has given me confidence, purpose, community, and a platform to inspire others. Through movement, we tell our stories. Through strength, we overcome challenges. Through connection, we remind one another that we belong.
To everyone still finding their voice, discovering who they are, or learning to love themselves a little more each day: keep going. You are worthy. You are enough. You are loved.
This month and every month, I choose to live, move, and teach with pride.
