I had an amazing time in NYC and performed in a beautiful, visually stunning show that celebrated Asian American cultures, femininity, motherhood and AAPI identities whilst also raising funds to help a POC LGBT family 🩵🦋

I created a performance piece using mime which was heavily inspired by Sufi poetry, naturalism 🌿 and most importantly, classical Indian storytelling and dance.

I was really pleased to receive so much positive comments from the audience; it means a lot to me and makes me so motivated to keep performing 🩵

NYC was awesome and I can’t wait to come back again later this year and do more shows 😻🗽 some photos of my quick visit to Brooklyn Museum are attached, keep swiping and see the last photo ✊🏽

BEAUTY AND ART are tools of resistance against fascism, racism and tyrannical regimes.

Another great show performed for AAPI Anthologies in Washington DC. It felt wonderful to be back in the nation’s capitol, performing onstage and connecting with the audience through mime and storytelling, as well as proudly sharing our Asian American experiences and cultures together.

Hey fellow filmmakers and poets! I'm working for this festival and I wanted to let you all know the June 8th deadline to submit your poetry video(s) to the festival! It's an amazing festival based in Houston, and many poet-filmmakers attend this, it's SO worth it. The festival will occur in September 2026 for 2-3 days!

ATTENTION filmmakers and poets, we are now less than a month away from submissions closing. The last day to submit your experimental films and poetry videos is June 8th. Reminder all films must be under 6 minutes long. All languages, topics, and genres are welcomed. 😁

Last night I perfomed in a beautiful show called “Twisted Nature.” I did a piece combined with Bollywood music, mime, a bit of sign language and dancing. My piece had the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air. I was heavily inspired by Sufi traditions, such as whirling dervishes and mystical poetry on the beauty of nature.

Many thanks to Kelly and Adelle for having me in the show alongside a beautiful lineup of incredible aerialists and dancers. I’m grateful and blessed 💚🌿🦋
