Summer may be coming to an end… but busy season is just getting started!
Before we jump headfirst into another packed event season, we wanted to look back at one of the best parts of our summer: learning, sharing, and growing alongside the Egghead Alliance.
This summer wasn’t just about events—it was about education.
🥚 Sharing ideas with other event rental professionals
🥚 Learning what’s working (and what isn’t!) in our businesses
🥚 Talking operations, leadership, sales, staffing, logistics, and growth
🥚 Building stronger relationships with people who truly understand this industry
🥚 Bringing new ideas home that we can put into action at AE&ES
One of the things we value most about the Egghead Alliance is that education doesn’t always come from a classroom. Sometimes the best lessons come from sitting around a table with other owners and industry leaders who are willing to openly share their wins, challenges, mistakes, and experiences.
And this summer, we took that philosophy one step further with Eggheads JR—giving the next generation of managers and operational leaders within our companies their own opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together.
Because stronger leaders create stronger teams—and stronger teams create better events.
Now the notebooks are full, the ideas are flowing, and summer is wrapping up.
