⚖️ The custody battle between Diamond Brown and Chris Brown just took a turn.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond alleges Chris threatened her current boyfriend and his twin brother. She also claims it happened with another man she dated about two years ago, and that third parties were used to make threats. She says she isn't seeking a restraining order.

Chris's lawyer reportedly denied the claims in an email and asked her team for specific details. The filing is part of the case she brought in May over custody and support of their daughter, Lovely. His legal team has denied the harassment allegations, and three of his co-parents have publicly backed him.

During a Complex interview about the difference between "tricking" and being generous, Drake's name came up. Reports differ on whether Victoria Monét or the interviewer first said "professional trick," but the clip went viral either way.

Drake replied in the comments, saying giving to people you feel deserve it is a "return on investment in your soul," and that spending money expecting intimacy in return is "a different frequency."

⚖️ Halle Berry is facing serious allegations from her ex-husband in a custody fight over their 12-year-old son.

Olivier Martinez filed court documents claiming Berry physically attacked their son Maceo at home on September 26. He's also alleging earlier incidents and says she made threats about having him deported. A judge granted a temporary restraining order, limiting her time with Maceo to court-ordered visits and ordering confidential mediation on custody. Martinez is asking for sole custody.

These are allegations from one side of a court filing, and Berry hasn't publicly responded yet.

🙏 Gunplay just publicly apologized to Rick Ross, and it got emotional.

On the Let's Chop It Up podcast, Gunplay owned up to the ways he says he let Ross down over the years: being late to tour buses and shows, drinking too much and not listening, a bottle incident that he says cost them $300,000, and a $90,000 jewelry loss at an airport. He said Ross also helped him a lot, and that he squandered a lot of it.

Then he led a prayer for Ross on the spot, asking God to soften his heart and help them both forgive and rebuild the friendship. He said he's known Ross since he was 15 (he's 47 now) and that he genuinely misses him.

🏀 The A'ja Wilson fan incident is still getting people talking.

During Game 2 of the Aces' playoff loss to the Fever, a fan stood up and pointed at Wilson after a foul call. Wilson confronted him, teammates pulled her back, and she got a technical foul. The fan was briefly escorted out, then allowed to return after security found no Code of Conduct violation.

The WNBA reportedly won't suspend or fine her because she stayed in the court area. Wilson called the fan's behavior "unacceptable," while others say she should have been ejected.
