So I am posting this up for social discussion as I value all my friends opinions. Here is my dilemma, I have written and produced a song titled, " The New Miranda", while I am still getting it registered under my record label for copy right protection I cannot go into to much detail. Basically it twists the words of the Miranda Rights you are read when you are arrested in the US.( Google Miranda v. Arizona ruling by Supreme Court.) Anyways, I started the writing the song due to the civil unrest here in the US with the deaths of 2 men of color in NYC and MO. NOW... with the attacks in Paris and the ex*****on of 2 NYCPD officers, I am struggling with releasing this single. So I am very interested in your comments to the following question: " SHOULD AN ARTIST SENSOR THEMSELVES DURING A TIME OF SUCH PUBLIC UNREST ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ISSUE? THE ISSUE BEING DO THE MIRANDA RIGHTS STILL APPLY IN 2015?

Heavy question, I know....I'm struggling with the as an artist and a citizen of the US and as a step-son of a Sheriff. So let the comments begin!!

Hi to all, I just wanted to give you an update to the changes I have made to the website. Due to the hacking incident I had to change the entire platform for the website.PLEASE NOTE THESE IMPORTANT CHANGES:

This new platform will allow a me to upload via Soundcloud, show all the RSS feeds to the hundreds on streaming and internet radio/music sites that follow me as all the podcast(s) that have included DJ Randy and DJ MMIX in their mixed sessions as quest DJ's or featured DJ's.
It will have an events calendar of my live performances on the many internet radio stations as well as gigs in the US and Europe.
You will also have live access to my blogs and video blogs as I work on my debut CD "Embryo" due to drop in the fall of 2014.
It will also give you my "Picks of the weeks" found on SoundShark, Slacker Radio and The DJ List!!

The site will be up and running by 6/15/2014 and I do hope you visit it and give me feedback. This is a substantial investment in improving my social network away from the typical sites that have become so restrictive of content and does not sell my contact lists for profit. Hopefully it will also introduce you to other sites that provide excellent content and are tailored to the EDM fans and crowd.

Just a note to my Friends and Fans. My Website was recently hacked. It was 1 on 90,000 that were hacked on 3/20/2014. My team is working closely with my Hosting Provider to Get the website back up with the 2014 content in a more secured environment. Stay tuned with the unveiling of the 2014 site.
