Ok not a solo ..as such... but I wanted to share my link to a radio documentary of the guy that arguably did the best drum solo eva'!
Originally it was called 'Pat's Delight'. ...and then changed to the name of a.... whale?
Odd thing to do.

Anyway here is my link to the BBC Radio documentary of 'The John Bonham Story' ..narrated by Grave Dohl. I' mean ..Rave Gohl ...sorry .......Dave.... Grohl!!

Anyway it really is quite a fascinating hour long documentary, with many contributions from his family, his closests friends in and out the music business ..and of course.. his legendary bandmates.

The man who just before he was about to go under the knife for the last time sadly.... in the operating room was asked by the anesthesiologist if there was anything he couldn't take.

"Yes.Country music!'
