Chops Cooking Corner

Grilled Shrimp with a whole green chili, green chile enchilada sauce, Monterey jack and Pepper jack cheese with Brown rice and garlic lime sauce.

Take four flour tortillas and put them in the microwave for 1 minute, on each one two small teaspoons of rice, 7 to 12 mini shrimp pepper Jack and Monterey Jack cheese on top, three teaspoons of green enchilada sauce lime and garlic sauce, then take one green Ortega chili they come whole in a can about 14 of them drain the juice and split it down the middle and cover on top. Roll into a burrito form and laying a buttered rib flat baking pan, cover with a piece of split green chili on top add cheese to the top and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 370 uncovered stay tuned for more from chops......
