Earlier this month I had the opportunity to teach a private Leaded stained glass workshop ✨ and so sweet that it was for their mom's birthday!

I absolutely loved their inspiration behind this special class >>> they requested for each person to have something different/unique, but that made one big art piece when placed next to each other 🖤

Love how it came together and they did a fabulous job creating their stained glass piece.

Thanks to for hosting the space for the class 🔆

>> OUR HANDS - Reaching > what I was envisioning was not coming together so easily! And when I took a step back to look at my work, I lost it out of frustration and the feeling of defeat & failure. Dramatic... Yuuup! But as an artist, when you put so much of yourself & creativity into your work, there's a lot of feeling behind it.

• I had to take break, not look at it, and say a humble prayer for help & guidance.
>> I went back to my work table, was able to see what I could take away, and what needed refining 🖤 in the end it was those added lines! What wasn't working, turned out to work just right.

• This piece of art has a piece of my heart 🖤🖤🖤

And I was so incredibly touched when you thought of this piece to be submitted for the art gallery. I was so surprised anyone would notice this, let alone even remember it. Made my day and had me reminiscing on why this art piece meant so much to me. So THANK YOU!

So long 2025 ✨ it's been a wonderful year, with amazing memories we've made as a family.

For Szklo it's been a step forward in teaching in person classes more. And it's been exciting. I hope to do more in the new year.
