Hello Vendor Family,
We will be resuming our vendor events shortly. Due to the fluidity of the situation we are waiting patiently till such time that shows will be well enough attended to be of a benefit to our vendors. All vendors that have pre paid for events will be credited for every single dollar invested.
We are aware that other groups are moving forward with events; we wish them and the participating vendors well. It is our position that we would rather wait and have great shows then rush to market in the middle of a pandemic, the heat of summer and civil unrest to have poorly attended events.
We truly have great demand for our events and could easily sell out any event we schedule but we are just not that greedy and in a hurry to financially hurt vendors at this time.

Please keep in mind the following:
1. The Gaming Control Board after only 2 weekends has already tightened Covid Restrictions.

2. The Governor has not moved us to phase 3 of opening

3. The Governor is considering tightening Covid Restrictions for the total population and visitors of Nevada

4. The media its viewers are building the panic of a second wave.

5. The extra $600 per week that is being recieved by all unemployed stops the week of July 25th... that will stop a lot of spending.

It is important to note that a 30% reduction in attendance is the difference between a good and a terrible vendor experience.

Folks we love and support our vendors. We will continue shows when its not only good for us the promoter but when its good for you our amazing vendors, friends, and partners

Attention all vendors: this is a very challenging time for us all and we are all doing the best we can. What we can offer our vendors at this time is the ability to
move their paid reservations to the new time and date. When we can say with certainty when that will be we will communicate that to each and everyone of our paid vendors first then make it available to others . Unfortunately we are all in limbo and guessing just as most of the nation is in the same condition. We are hopeful that this social distancing will work in flattening the curve quickly so we all can get back to doing what we love ❤️ just as it was prior to this crisis . We love you all and wish you good health, good fortune, and good luck.

A sad sad day for Happy Event Promotions. We will be back stronger that ever.. let’s all work together to flatten the curve and defeat our common faceless enemy as one.
