The Staff Writer will work closely with Editor to write and build multiple online editorial posts per week as TheSix1 ramps up digital content volume across all properties. The Staff Writer must be highly productive and comfortable researching and writing about Las Vegas Culture and the Music scene. They should be driven, efficient and detail-oriented to ensure all writing maintains consistency and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Writing and building multiple digital editorial posts per week, including original, sponsored, and archival content
Pitching content ideas and conducting interviews for digital features
Copy creation for lists, franchises, tent poles and campaigns
Following best practices for SEO and social optimization
