Once again it’s the time of year when information to participate in the Vegas Valley Comic Book Festival (VVCBF) is posted. Due to interest and our limited size, we are asking participants to fill out an interest form. Please keep in mind that preference is given to comic-centric vendors with an emphasis on comic book artists, writers, small print and independent publishers, and comic book stores.

There are two ways to participate - as a vendor or in our Artist Alley. Artist Alley tables are limited to two chairs and all items for sale must fit upon the table top. Boxes and restocking materials must be stored under the table. For those who need more than an Artist Alley’s 6’ table, there is a 10’x10’ vendor tent, which includes two 6’ tables and four chairs, in the theater courtyard outside vendor marketplace.
Fees are $65 for Artist Alley table and vendor tents at $125.
Participants that are selected to participate will be contacted by Wednesday, September 4. Fees will be due within the week and submitted via DocuSign.
