The Mexican American Civil Rights Institute and MonteVideo celebrate Women’s History Month with Latina Spring, a curated selection of inspiring films by Latina and Indigenous women directors.

We kick off the series with Femme Frontera, a showcase that centers the experiences of women and gender-expansive people within the U.S./Mexico border diaspora and other border regions around the world. The showcase features: Ternura Radical by Celina Galicia, Yo mate a Lucca by Ana Moreno Hernandez, Color Cielo by Cristal Gonzalez Avila, Super High by Bianca D. Lambert, Ser Bruja by Carolina Erives, At Dusk I Kiss Your Body Burnt by Victor "Yayo" Meza, and Wherever That May Be by E.N. Cole. Join us!
