I finally finished the 12 panels for my 2027 Full Moon series. It goes to the printer tomorrow for the numbers and lettering. Prints will be available on my Etsy site by mid-September.

My most recent botanical painting. It’s an agave in our garden, loosely called Mr. Ripple. The plant was only recently discovered in Mexico (2001).

Breaking news: Sutura, a new binational arts event, will take place across El Paso, Texas, and Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, from November 18 to 22.⁠

Founded and led by curator and artist Edgar Picazo Merino, Sutura brings together 100+ artists and 20+ cultural organizations through exhibitions, performances, concerts, and independent projects on both sides of the border.

My Horse piece is now complete. This will be entered into an upcoming show here in Las Cruces. Now I just need to come up with a title.

We’re heading off to Spain for tapas, w**e, and art inspiration. Upon return, we’ll be putting together an on-line sales option for XYZ Studios. There are also plans for fun events at the Studio this summer and fall.
