Everybody in Laredo knew that spot.

Right there on Guadalupe.

That’s where Lady Aguas pulled up with the aguas frescas, Mexican snacks, chamoy, fruta, and everything needed to survive this disrespectful 956 heat.

But then one day…

The spot was empty.

No cooler.
No table.
No snacks.
No aguas.

Just pavement… and questions.

Laredo immediately started investigating.

Did she move?
Was it over?
Did Guadalupe lose one of its coldest stops forever?

The streets needed answers.

Then Lady Aguas herself appeared in the comments and closed the case:

🚨 SIX FOUND DEAD INSIDE UNION PACIFIC BOXCAR IN LAREDO 🚨

Laredo Police confirmed that six people were found dead Sunday afternoon inside a Union Pacific boxcar near Jim Young Way and Mile Marker 13.

According to reports, the discovery was made during an inspection at the railyard. Authorities say there were no survivors, and the victims’ identities, ages, and nationalities have not yet been released.

Investigators are still working to determine how the victims ended up inside the boxcar and how long they had been there. Possible smuggling factors are also being looked into as part of the ongoing investigation.

Multiple agencies remain involved, including Union Pacific Railroad Police and the Webb County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Laredo Police say four suspects were arrested after a teen was assaulted and thrown from a moving pickup truck during a robbery connected to a Mexican candy transaction.

What started as a candy deal allegedly turned into a full-blown street crime scene — proving once again that ain’t nothing sweet in Laredo, even the dulces come with drama. 🍭💀
