Laramie's J Shogren returns to SOK Gallery to close out this year's Listening Room sessions. Known as the godfather to Wyoming music (Wyoming AF), J's catawampus American music is a kind of roots folk music filtered through a contemporary dissonant transmitter. He has played across the US and Europe, represented Wyoming at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, and was a finalist in the 2016 New Song Songwriters competition at Lincoln Center in NYC. He is a brilliant storyteller, songwriter, and advocate for the arts in Wyoming.

J will be joined by special guests for this celebratory evening at SOK Gallery
