The Sunflower Fair in Downtown La Porte is one of the largest area festivals with over 100 craft and nonprofit vendors, food, entertainment, rides and more.

This year the Fair will be held on Saturday, September 20th.

Do your friends and family swear your ribs are the best around? Here's your chance to prove it!

Registration is now open for the Sunflower Fair Rib Cook-Off, taking place during Sunflower Fair on Saturday, September 19 in Downtown La Porte.

This competition is designed for amateur pitmasters—the weekend grillers, neighborhood BBQ legends, and anyone who loves firing up the smoker. If you've ever thought about entering a cook-off but didn't want to compete against professional teams, this is your chance!
