With heavy hearts, we honor the life and legacy of our colleague and friend, Larry Leatherwood.

We thank you for your dedication and commitment to LEPFA since joining the Board of Commissioners in June of 2017. Your kindness and hard work touched us all. Lansing is better because of you.

Forever in our thoughts. Rest in peace.

Leatherwood, who died on Friday, Jan. 2 at age 86, retired as Deputy Director for Administration for the Michigan Department of Transportation.
