Today’s prompt:
If your life felt more like summer, what would you allow yourself to do differently?

Write, draw, collage, paint, or create around these questions:

What feels warm, alive, and free inside of you?

What pressure are you ready to stop carrying?

What would bloom if you stopped overthinking?

What does “rest without guilt” look like creatively?

Challenge yourself to create something imperfect but honest today.
Not everything beautiful has to be finished. Sometimes creativity is simply proof that your spirit is still willing to open toward the light.

Optional creative exercise:
Step outside for 5 minutes and gather one color, one texture, one sound, and one feeling from nature. Use them in your creation today.
