November 2022 was a day of tragedy for two families but in this case evidence wasn’t logged properly, and evidence wasn’t brought to the attention of the court properly. In the video I will be posting you will see that this was self-defense, but the simple factor of a man being jumped by three men, the only thing he could do was to protect himself. This man’s innocence was taken from him. He was found not guilty at first and found that this was self-defense, but something happened to change it. He does not deserve to be locked up like he is. He was in the wrong place at the wrong time. This man deserves justice. The proper investigation done, and the proper court proceedings that he didn’t get the first time around. All evidence needs to be brought to the attention. Everything needs to be looked over, witnesses need to be re-questioned because in the first place some of them didn’t show and some of them didn’t even see the person so how can use that against someone. This case is what I have seen a lot in the innocence project show and as God as my witness once I have all of the evidence from the case, I will be submitting this to multiple places and people to get this case reevaluated.
