Monday, May 4th is my birthday and although I’ll be out of town for my actual birthday, I wanted to celebrate at work the weekend before!

Had the pleasure of piercing someone from highschool recently!
It’s always so fulfilling to see people from that time, get to catch up and see how amazing all of us turned out!
Some of my friends I used to walk the streets with after school are now asking me to pierce their children’s ears. It’s really a nice lil full circle moment 🥰 🫶

I have decided to join the nationwide strike today in solidarity of our people in Minnesota, and our friends and neighbors in every community around this nation fighting these historical horrors.

Of course any appointments that were booked previously to this are still valid, but I will be closing my books for any other appointments today.

If you have an appointment today that you plan to keep, and it is something requiring a monetary value, I ask for you to bring cash to keep it out of the system.
Any monetary value from today will be donated to local efforts in helping defend our neighbors against federal operations.

This is always a tough time of year for families, and the loss of SNAP benefits today has made it even rockier for some, so I’m hoping our community can come together for a good cause!
