FAQ’s
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
It depends. The ticket amount is equal to the cost of your service. Most tattoos are $31. There are also some $13 tattoo options (limited to 1 per person). Most piercings are $31 with some limited options for $62.
*We will be choosing 13 piercing customers at each location to get a basic piercing for $13. This will be done at random to keep it fair and will only apply to basic piercings.
HOW TO GET A TICKET:
Tickets can be purchased IN PERSON ONLY at South or West.
This is a 1 day event and you must purchase a ticket in advance to garauntee a spot.
You can pay with cash or card prior to event.
Valid ID must be presented and paperwork completed. No minors, no exceptions.
Tickets sell out fast every year. The sooner you purchase the better. We will update once we’re sold out. Don’t wait if you wanna get in. No dermals this year.
We take walk ins as we are able but to guarantee a spot, a ticket is your best bet.
TIPPING/AFTERCARE:
If you wish to tip on a card, you will need to do so at time of purchase.
We will not run cards on event day.
Aftercare will need to be purchased before or after event day.
Tips encouraged, not required.
JEWELRY:
Standard titanium jewelry is included for piercings. No upgrades or anodizing for this event.
EVENT DAY:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your estimated time WITH YOUR TICKET. You MUST check in at the front desk and you MUST have your photo ID.
Please be aware that your appointment time acts as a place holder but long delays are likely to occur as we service hundreds of people for this event and artists can get backed up.
Dress for the weather in case you need to wait outside as we get busy and have limited space in the lobbies.
If any of that sounds intolerable to you, please sit this one out.
Bring your patience & be kind to our staff!
We will squeeze in walk ins as we’re able! BUT there are NO guarantees of availability, artist, or wait time. Your best chance at a spot is to buy a ticket in advance.
WHAT ARE THE PIERCINGS/TATTOO OPTIONS?
See attached photos or stop by for event piercing price menu & design options.
New designs have been included in this post.
Designs are pre-stenciled, pre-sized and cannot be altered.
FOR $31 DESIGNS: You can choose to have linework only or choose up to 3 colors (including black).
For $13 DESIGNS: Black only, limit 1 per person.
Sizes vary by design and are half dollar size or smaller.
Assigned artists/piercers are subject to change without notice.
No hands, feet, necks, ribs, faces, or heads for tattoos.
Piercing placement must be chosen prior to event.
No snake eyes, smileys, doubles (spider bites, double nostrils, etc.)
More limits may be in place that can vary by service provider.
REMEMBER:
BRING YOUR ID! You will need it to purchase and on event day.
No refunds after purchase.
You can transfer your ticket to another person up until the day before the event.
Contact the shop for instructions on how to do so.
We will NOT be answering phones or messages on event day.
