And looking ahead a little bit…November 8th will be a special birthday pot luck celebration in honor of J Love!

December 19th - Winter Solstice Community Celebration at The Fledge!

Welcome September, from your ecstatic dance Lansing community 🤍

We can’t deny we will miss the summer months, they always fly by don’t they?? So full of life and activities to do!

Now, let’s continue to bring life into the next season of life!

My weekends this month are crazy busy. (Me as in Sarah here!) BUT, I’ve got a groove planned for Thursday the 17th to give us a different opportunity to get into our bodies!

Groove is basically a combination of Zumba and ecstatic dance. That is the most basic way I could describe it I think 🤣 And it’s magical af!
