The Bamboo and the OakThe Story: A proud, towering oak tree scoffed at a slender, thin bamboo stalk, mocking how it swayed and bent in the breeze. The oak claimed it was strong because it never yielded. When a ferocious storm hit, the proud oak resisted the wind and was snapped in half. The flexible bamboo simply bent with the violent gusts and survived. The Moral: True strength is resilience, not stubbornness. It is the ability to adapt to sudden changes, hardships, and unpredictable events in life without breaking.
