 actually, what an epic TWO nights! ❀

Thank you to Mike Greer & Company for kicking off our final weekend Friday night, and to Exit 31 for bringing it home Saturday with a fabulous evening of music. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend our last two nights! đŸŽ¶

To the hundreds of you who came out we might have exceeded that fire occupancy code limit.

To those who traveled far and wide to be with us for our last night—and those who got off a plane from Paris and came straight to Local Tap
 I don’t even have the words. Knowing you went out of your way to be here means more than you’ll ever know. ❀

Of our 24 taps, you helped us kick almost every one of them! đŸ»

And to Diane, Sam and Ashley—you absolutely ROCKED it behind the bar tonight. We couldn’t have done it without you!

We are humbled by the kind words, the hugs and so many heartfelt “I’m going to miss this place.”

Please know we’ll miss you just as much. You made Local Tap a place we loved coming to work each day. Seeing friendships grow, knowing your usual drink and catching up on your lives—those are the things we’ll miss most.

Mike Greer & Company take the stage at 7:30, and we want to see this place filled with the people who made these seven years so special.

Seven years ago, we unlocked the doors to Local Tap with a dream—and no idea how many wonderful people would become part of our story.
To our customers, thank you for every pint, cocktail, laugh, conversation and celebration. You didn’t just support Local Tap—you made it your place.
A special thank-you to Customers #1 through #10, who took a chance on a brand-new business and are still walking through our doors today. That kind of loyalty means everything.
Thank you to our vendors, especially Victor Ykoruk, Boardroom Spirits and BlueBird for always taking such good care of us. And to Jeff Perlman, my right hand in entertainment—thank you for making live music effortless and helping create so many unforgettable nights.
To everyone who trusted us with birthdays, engagements, showers, retirements, fundraisers and countless other celebrations—it was an honor to be part of your memories.
And then there were our employees—the people who helped make Local Tap the friendliest place to visit.
Wendi cared for Local Tap as though her name were on the door, and she had a rare gift—everyone who walked in felt like they had been her best friend for years.
Next came Brian (RIP), who charmed everyone.
Mark became our Saturday lunch staple. Diane turned Tuesdays into one of Local Tap’s most popular days, creating her own loyal group of regulars.. Sam became a customer favorite because she could talk sports with anyone—Vicki, Jen,
Ashley, Matt, Brianna, Laura and Sue each brought their own personalities and warmth to Local Tap.
And, of course, Shannon Dwyer—our very special ray of sunshine and PR person, who always brought her energy and heart to Local Tap.
Along with everyone else who joined us throughout the years, they helped make Local Tap feel like home.
Together, we survived an 82-day COVID shutdown, celebrated incredible highs, pushed through difficult lows and made friendships we’ll carry forever.
Thank you for making Local Tap so much more than a bar.
You made it a community. ❀

Mr. Personality is taking on Local Tap, and with just two weeks left, we’re making these Saturdays count.

With Tavern Night canceled due to weather, we’d love to welcome ticket holders to spend the evening with us!

Fall cocktails, seasonal b**rs, and live music—come settle in, catch up with your people, and sing along. There’s still time to add a few more good nights to our story. đŸ»

Our kitchen will close at 7 PM tonight, but you’re welcome to bring your own food or have your snacks delivered through Uber Eats. Plenty of great local spots to choose from!
