Last week, we were honored to be recognized as a winning project in the 2026 Excellence in Construction Awards competition for our part in the work on the United States Naval Academy Restoration Access Program at Bancroft Hall & MacDonough Hall in Annapolis, Maryland.

Our office came together to pack 40 Bravery Bears! 🧸

Through the Bravery Bear Build, our team had the opportunity to assemble Sergeant Snuggles bears, each with a personal message of encouragement for a Service Member, Veteran, or military family.

It was a simple but meaningful way for our team to spend time together while showing our appreciation and support for those who serve and their families.

Last week, members of the Scaffold Resource team attended ABC’s Excellence in Construction celebration, where our work on the Edward Bunn ICC Building at Georgetown University was recognized with a Merit Award in the Commercial Specialty Construction category.

We’re proud of the work our team put into this project and grateful to everyone who contributed along the way. It was a great evening spent together and alongside so many others from the construction community.

A great day with the Scaffold Resource team at the ASA Metro Fall Golf Tournament, alongside our valued clients and industry partners!

We enjoyed an afternoon of friendly competition while supporting a meaningful cause. This year’s tournament benefits the ACE Mentor Program of the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area, helping inspire and prepare the next generation of professionals in the architecture, construction, and engineering industries.

Our Annual Summer Picnic was a blast!

From hayrides and crabs to the climbing wall and a surprise dunk tank, we had such a great time getting everyone together for a day of fun outside of work.

We can’t thank our teams enough for everything they do each day, but this picnic is always a special opportunity to celebrate the people who make Resource what it is.

We’re grateful for days like this that give us a chance to come together, have some fun, and enjoy time as a team!

As summer comes to a close, we want to thank Jesus Flores for returning to Scaffold Resource for a second year as an intern on our Estimating Team!

Jesus is currently studying Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Advanced Mathematics at Bridgewater College, where he is also a member of the Track & Field team. Outside of school and work, he enjoys working out, fly fishing, card collecting, music, food, and origami.

It’s been great having him as part of the Estimating Team, and we appreciate all of his hard work and contributions throughout the summer. We wish him a great year ahead at Bridgewater and look forward to working with him again!
