*About F&F:*
F&F Fashion & Beauty Center is a growing style and beauty hub in Limbe and kumba, offering classy fashion for men and women, hair styling & installation, nails, and makeup services. We’re looking for a creative, driven Marketing Manager to grow our brand and bring more customers through the door.

*Role Overview:*
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing and promotional activities for F&F. You’ll be responsible for building brand awareness, creating engaging content, and driving sales through smart advertising and customer engagement.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Brand Promotion*
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow F&F’s presence in Limbe and online
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Identify new opportunities to promote F&F in the local community

2. *Content Creation*
- Create engaging content for social media: photos, videos, captions, and reels showcasing our products and services
- Plan and manage a content calendar
- Capture and edit visuals of fashion pieces, hair, nails, and makeup work

3. *Advertising & Sales Support*
- Run and manage paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
- Design flyers, banners, and promotional materials
- Create offers, discounts, and campaigns to drive bookings and sales
- Track ad performance and adjust to improve results

4. *Customer Engagement & Growth*
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media
- Build relationships with customers and encourage reviews/testimonials
- Research trends in fashion and beauty to keep F&F competitive

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in marketing, social media, or brand management
- Strong content creation skills: photography, video, and copywriting
- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic ad management
- Creative mindset and good eye for fashion/beauty trends
- Good communication skills in English. French is a plus
- Based in or near Limbe preferred
