I was beyond a little shocked last year in one of my law classes when zero of my classmates knew what Kodak was - I forget how young most law students are. We studied a case involving Kodak in Rochester, NY and only my professor and I knew what Kodak/film was. This post is for them. I might need to bring the actual film negative in for show and tell.

It's becoming harder and harder to find a place that develops film so we started doing it ourselves. This is my first attempt with a Hasselblad. And the first time in 20 years using a film camera. And I kind of like it.

I last photographed with film in 2005 so it has been a hot minute since I held a film camera. I don't know if I ever appreciated the magic of film before digital took over. I'm slowly adjusting from dreaming of law school essays to enjoying summer, hence my absence from Facebook.

Lately, it seems like my photography world has had a classic, old world feel to it and it suits me just fine. Thanks to everyone who has helped fill my calendar this past month despite me not logging into Facebook for the last 10 months while I finished my second year in law school. My brain appreciates using both sides and law/creative sure aren't on the same side!
