Forecast still looks fantastic for Lanesboro Annual Rhubarb Festival tomorrow! Here's some extra information for an ideal day.

*bring a lawn chair or blanket to hang out and listen to music or to sit to eat your delicious treats. (There are some picnic tables scattered in the park as well)

*Arrive to Lanesboro as early as you are able! You can get coffee, pastries, or breakfast just steps away on Parkway. The Lanesboro Farmers Market starts on-site at 9:00.

*Parking: disability parking is in Sylvan Park right by the Lanesboro Library with some limited parking by the Farmers Market and by the tennis courts. There is plentiful street parking surrounding Sylvan Park. (Parkway and Kirkwood are your best options).

*We kick-off the festival promptly at 10:00 with the Rhubarb Sisters leading us in the Rhubarb National Anthem followed by the throwing of the First Stalk.

*Make sure to stop at the Info/Registration Booth to get your brochure that includes everything you need to know, including the lyrics to the sing-a-long! This is also where you drop off your Heaviest Stalk/Largest Leaf and sign-up for the Rhu-lympics and Co****le.

*While the festival ends at 2:00 there's plenty more to see and do in town. Check out the infographic for the downtown rhubarb specials just a few minutes walk away.
