Wallace is a Philadelphia-based trio delivering poignant, lyrically driven, emotional rock and roll. 🤘 Wallace pulls no punches. They come out swinging with honest lyrics of love, loss, pain, and redemption and cut to the core of the human spirit and soul. They move you and they stay with you.
Wallace delivers a modern twist on a classic sound. Powered by the ferocious drumming of Adam Figurelle, fierce and fearless bass guitar of Hannah Pugh, and Wallace Gerdy’s compelling guitar work, their drive is relentless. 🎸 Add Gerdy’s pointed vocal style and the result is what can best be described as a wall of sound, that once inside your head, may very well stick there for a while.
Wallace released their first full-length album in September of 2018 and spent 2019 establishing themselves as a reputable entity across the mid-Atlantic U.S. The band then spent the winter of 2019 embarking on a new and more ambitious artistic endeavor, imagining an album paired with a bold visual element. The result is a ve song EP, ‘Grapefruit’, with an accompanying short lm that examines the story of love lost, pain, forgiveness, and the search for release in a necessary bitterness.
