VIP PARKING PASS CLARIFICATION FROM Our Fairboard Traffic Director, Zac Drake..

I want to clear up some confusion regarding parking for the fair!
A VIP Parking Pass guarantees you a parking spot in the infield for the entire week. The purpose of the VIP pass is not only to provide a guaranteed infield spot, but also to help generate funds that will go toward improving the parking areas and fairgrounds.

The $10 gate admission gets you into the fairgrounds and access to general parking. Please note there is no general parking in the infield. Infield parking is reserved exclusively for those with a VIP parking pass.

We truly appreciate everyone who helps support the fair. Every VIP pass purchased helps us continue making improvements and the fairgrounds better than we found them!

If you want to guarantee a all-week parking spot in the infield at 2026 Fair; Check out the VIP Parking Area Map below - Proceeds from this NEW effort will help to expand our golf cart Shuttle Service during the Fair.
VIP Parking Rules:
🎟️ Valid VIP Parking Pass Required — All VIP vehicles must have a Valid VIP parking sticker on the Windshield for entry into the infield parking area. Cost is $50.00
🚗 One Vehicle Per Parking Pass — Each pass is valid for one vehicle only. Passes may not be shared between vehicles.
📍 No Reserved Spaces — Specific parking spaces cannot be reserved unless authorized by Fairgrounds management.
Limited availability - First Come, First Serve - NO HOLDS
🎡NO Parking will be PERMITTED in the INFIELD during the 2026 Fairfield County Fair without a VIP Infield Parking
🐴Access will be limited to VIP Infield Parking during the Harness Races slated for Wednesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 15 in the afternoon.

🕛 Gates open at 12 Noon - 🎟️ FREE ADMISSION!
🚜 NTPA Truck & Tractor Pull in the Grandstands at 3:00 PM;
Purchase tickets on-line at https://www.fairfieldcountyfair.org/
🎢 Midway closes at 10:00 PM on Sunday, October 11

MONDAY, OCTOBER 12 - As per tradition, ALL VETERANS receive FREE ADMISSION to the Fair

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 14 — SENIOR DAY
🎟️ FREE ADMISSION for all Seniors!
💵 All other days Senior admission has been reduced to $5.00 for those 65 years and older

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15 - Youth age 18 and under FREE

🚗 VIP PARKING AVAILABLE!
📍 VIP Parking is available in the infield. You will not have an assigned parking spot. Cost: $50.00. Permits can be purchased at the Fair Office located at 157 E. Fair Avenue, Lancaster, Ohio. Office Hours 8:30 am until 4:00 pm daily.

🎟️ DAILY ADMISSION: $10.00 to all persons over nine years old and under 65 years of age which includes parking

RIDE BAND Prices for 2026:
