🐾DONATIONS NEEDED🐾

Hi friends! This is not our typical pottery content…but you know how much we love animals big and small AND how much we love community!

Next Friday I’ll be making a special trip to a small 501(c)3 cat rescue in Northern KY and I am on the hunt for donations to gift them with! This shelter is the only no-kill shelter in NKY and has some residents that have lived there for over 4 years. At any given time they have ~30 adult cats plus kittens. They are a very small, rural shelter with limited resources and (like many shelters) can use all the help they can get.

Any and all donations will be so helpful and very needed! Cat food (dry or wet), litter, blankets, towels, toys, cat trees, cleaning supplies, medications- you name it!

No time to coordinate buying and dropping off items for me to take? No worries! I can purchase items for you with money sent via Venmo or CashApp!

This donation will be made on behalf of my sweet Theo boy that left the earthside this past February. 🐱💙

🦋opening day!🦋

Today was the most MAGICAL opening day for our third summer in the studio! This place has the ability to bring the absolute best humans together to create a bubble of happiness and friendship (new and old) that quite literally makes time fly by and stand still all at once.

As a studio owner and instructor, nothing makes me happier than to be able to provide a space for people to be relaxed, creative, and authentically themselves.

🌼 6 Week Wheel Throwing Class 🌼

Our beginner wheel throwing series and intermediate wheel throwing series have joined together and are now the All Abilities Wheel Throwing Series! Perfect for potters of any and all skill levels to learn and grow together.

Class will meet once a week starting Saturday May 9th and ending on June 20th (no class MDW) from 10:30a-1p.

After a long winter, the studio is ready to welcome students back to the wheels!

❄️CLOSED FOR THE WINTER❄️

After learning a few hard lessons last winter, we’ve decided to move to a seasonal schedule — open during the months when the barn doors can be wide open and the studio feels its best.

We know this change may be disappointing, and we’ll truly miss sharing the space with you over the colder months. But we’re already looking forward to welcoming everyone back next season, when the weather (and the clay!) are a little more cooperative. ❤️

🎃 mini pumpkin handbuilding 9/6 6pm 🎃

Join us at the studio to create 2 mini pumpkins by hand! Add texture or keep it simple- the choice is yours. Perfect for decoration!

Get in the fall spirit with us as you create mini ceramic pumpkins! Each student will make 2 pumpkins that will be ~3.5in x 3.5in once fired. You'll learn to add texture, connect multiple pieces of clay to each other, and to create a 3D form that will last for many fall seasons to come!
This class style requires attention to detail, good fine motor skills, and patience! With that said, it is suitable for beginners as well as those with some pottery experience. Ages 13+.
Class fee includes: enough clay to for 2 pumpkins per person, templates, tools, glazes and firing fees.
