𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 Reading Choral Society is pleased to welcome 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲 🎶

David is the Artistic Director of the Wheatland Chorale in Lancaster PA, and Artistic Director and Conductor of The Montgomery County Chorale and Orchestra in Fort Washington, PA.

𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗖𝗦'𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 – 𝗛𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗻’𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Saturday, June 20th. Come sing through some of the most exciting, fun, and dramatic choruses from Haydn’s Creation. Composed between 1797 and 1798, The Creation celebrates the story of the creation of the world based on Genesis, Paradise Lost, and Psalms. Inspired by Handel, Haydn’s work is famously optimistic and vibrant, using innovative orchestration to depict chaos, the birth of light, and the natural world.

RCS Summer Sings are open to everyone. Singers & non- singers are welcome to attend. This is a great way to keep singing throughout the summer. These workshops are free with a donation for lunch. (suggested donation of $10) Registration required.

Workshops are held at Immanuel UCC in Shillington and run from 10am until 3pm.

Weather Update - December 14 Concert
The December 14 A Rose in Winter concert at Lancaster Church of the Brethren will proceed as scheduled. The parking lot has been plowed, and the sidewalks have been shoveled and salted to ensure safe access. We look forward to welcoming you!
