✨ We are so proud of our community for donating 100 lbs of shelf-stable fruit and vegetables to last month, but LCCL still needs some help! We are doing another hygiene item drive for them-- here's how it will work:

🪥 Donate any five unopened, full-sized hygiene items, recieve $2 off your order
🫧 This stacks! So bring in fifteen full-sized items, get $6 off your order, etc
🚿 This discount will run through the end of September, so bring your items in and get yarn for the fall!

Ideas for items to donate:

✨ These cool evenings are reminding us that autumn is on the way! The kids are headed back to school and prime yarn time is on the horizon! Don't forget you can come stitch at the shop with us twice weekly-- Friday nights from 6pm - 8pm and Saturday mornings from 10am - 12pm.

✨ Bring anything you're working on, meet some fellow fiber friends, and take some time for yourself. We'll see you at the shop!

✨ Congratulations to our first annual fair winners! Special shoutout to our Best In Show winner, Riss for their giant crocheted caterpillar with a knitted wizard mouse ride and to Casey for their Brook Trout tapestry for winning Fan Favorite by a vote of our community! Our blue ribbons are out as well as our employee favorites (though we have to note that Shop Mom ™ loved everything and was forced to choose under extreme duress 😂).

✨ Fair items are still on display with their ribbons through the end of next week so come check them out and thank you for making our first fair so fun!

It contains things like contraceptives, pregnancy tests, drug test strips, and Narcan kits in paper bags so you can take them easily without feeling too obvious if you don't want to. Everything is FREE so feel free to ask us for what you need or just take it from the bin in the bathroom. There are also lots of resources for you about treatment and support for mental health, substance use disorder, and more.
