Join us this year as we celebrate Halloween in a calmer, quieter, and more welcoming environment for individuals with sensory sensitivities at our 2nd Annual Low Sensory Spooky Soiree!

This event will take place on Sunday, October 25th at the Overlook Activities Center.

Starting at 1pm we will have games, crafts, tabletop trick or treat and other fun activities!

We look forward to seeing you there!

Following a review of Manheim Township's overall food service operations, we are updating our amenities to provide a faster, more reliable, and more convenient food concession experience for everyone.

Beginning with the Fall Roller Rink Season we will introduce modern,
fully stocked vending machines to serve our pool and roller rink visitors at the Overlook Activities Center.

LAST CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS!

The Manheim Township 10th Annual Halloween Carnival (FREE) is coming up on Saturday, October 24th, and we’d love to have you be part of the fun.

As the Carnival continues to grow and bring more of our community together each year, we’re looking for a few extra helping hands to keep the day running smoothly. Whether you can lend a hand for a little while or stay for the whole event, every bit of help makes a difference!

The dance will be hosted at a new venue this year, The Lancaster Farm & Home Center, but will feature all the same fun and memories.

Whooo’s Out There? An Owl Adventure!

Discover the fascinating world of owls as we explore their behavior and uncover the secrets of their diet by dissecting an owl pellet and identifying the bones of their prey.

Then, bundle up and venture into the woods for an evening hike, listening for owl calls and keeping your eyes peeled for a glimpse of these mysterious nighttime hunters.

Dress warmly and bring a flashlight for this after-dark adventure!

In this relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop, you'll design and handcraft your own art journal using a beautiful mix of vintage book pages, scrapbook paper, found papers, stickers, old book pages, and other creative treasures.

Enjoy complimentary hot beverages while you cut, layer, collage, and create in a welcoming, cozy atmosphere.

Perfect for: Ages 16+, beginners, and anyone craving some creative inspiration.

All materials are included—just bring yourself and your imagination.

Adult Drop-In Basketball (Ages 18+)

Enjoy flexible, competitive basketball without the commitment of a full league! This open-gym program is designed for adult players looking for consistent opportunities to get on the court, stay active, and enjoy the game.

Pay once, play nine times! Your one-time registration fee covers any nine sessions you choose to attend, giving you the flexibility to play when your schedule allows. Doors open at 6:45 PM. Simply check in at the door and get ready to play!

Pre-registration is required, and participation is limited to 30 players to keep games moving and wait times low. REGISTRATION opens on Monday, October 19th, 2026.

Please note: Participants currently enrolled in high school are not eligible to participate. Due to limited space, spectators are not permitted.
