Her clothes tattered and soiled, her face smeared a deep red from feeding, yet still amazingly beautiful. She had let him drain her of her weakness and her mortality, and she had drank his passion and power. She stirred slightly, and a sigh left him. As she looked at him, eyes piercing through her tangled hair, he knew he would guide her, protect her, and she would be his for eternity.”

A Sire, or sometimes called a Maker is a vampire
that has chosen a human to turn, or embrace. Not all vampires become Sires, but every vampire has one. The methods of this ceremony are secret and guarded. Some vampire houses have very strict rules for it as well.
However, the ritual itself is intimate, primal, and create a bond between Sire and Fledgling. This is also the case with the Sire Flogger. A step up from the Fledgling Flogger, it has hardened ends that have a bite to them. In the hands of a skilled user it can definitely create and strengthen bonds between those that use it.
