🚨 A NOTE ABOUT CHILD SAFETY & PHOTOS 🚨

As a mother and as the owner of a business that serves thousands of children, I cannot ignore what AI has made possible.

Effective immediately, Bubble Bounce KY is changing how we use photos and videos of children on our public social media pages.

Even when photo permission has been given, we will be moving away from posting clear, identifiable close-up images of individual children whenever possible.

You will still see the chaos. 😂
You will still see mountains of foam, packed schoolyards, giant bubbles, kids disappearing into clouds of white, and all the ridiculous fun that makes Bubble Bounce what it is.

What you will see less of are clearly identifiable individual children being used as marketing content.

We will also be reviewing older content, limiting names and identifying information, and tightening the way photos and videos are taken, stored, and shared by our team.

Could this make marketing a little harder?

Maybe.

I genuinely do not care.

Because as a mother, I want to know that the companies and organizations given access to children are paying attention to what is happening around them and adjusting when something changes.

A signed photo release may give us permission to post a child's image.

It does not give us control over who saves it, where it goes, or what can be done with it once it is publicly available.

That matters.

I am not interested in waiting until something terrible happens to decide we should have taken it seriously.

We cannot eliminate every risk. No business can.

But we can make better choices with the access and trust families give us.

Kids deserve to be loud, messy, ridiculous, foam-covered kids without every joyful moment becoming permanent public content.

Bubble Bounce will still capture the fun.

We are just going to be much more intentional about protecting the children inside it.

Their fun is ours to help create.

Their privacy still belongs to them. ❤️

We know there are some new foam companies popping up around Central Kentucky, and competition is a wonderful thing!

But with some very similar names, colors and messaging starting to appear, we want to make sure there’s no confusion:

They are NOT affiliated with Bubble Bounce KY.

We’re the pink-and-blue bubbly crew that’s been making a mess across Kentucky since 2021. 😂

From one cannon and a dream to FIVE cannons, multiple crews, rentals and thousands of memories later, we’re incredibly proud of the name and reputation we’ve spent five years building.

So when booking, just make sure you know who you're booking. 😉

🎈 THIS is what it’s all about. 🎈

Someday they probably won’t remember what day it was, what time they got there, or everything they saw at Balloons over the Bluegrass

But they might remember this.

Running through mountains of foam.
A hot air balloon floating overhead.
Mom and Dad jumping in too.
Laughing until their cheeks hurt.
Getting completely soaked and not caring one bit.

Those are the moments we love creating.

We brought three foam cannons and made a LOT of foam this weekend 😂 — but looking through these pictures, the foam isn’t really the best part.

It’s the families in it.

The little girl sharing the foam with the dog. The parents right in the middle of the chaos. The kids who didn't want to leave. The smiles everywhere we looked.

Because at the end of the day, we don't really sell foam.

We create an excuse to put the phones down, jump in, be silly together and make a memory. ❤️

Today was our second — and heartbreakingly, final — foam party with Highland Elementary 💙🫧

Knowing this little school is closing its doors forever made today hit a little differently. Small rural schools are more than buildings… they’re generations of memories, teachers who become family, Friday night communities, and childhoods rooted deep in community.

We’re honored we got to help these kids laugh, run, scream, and make one more unforgettable memory together before this chapter closes ❤️

Thank you Highland Elementary for letting Bubble Bounce KY be part of your story one last time.
