Once again, imma put this right here..

You may know the story of Medusa’s death, but do you know how she lived? The sister of 2 immortal gorgons Stheno and Euryale was know for her incomparable beauty. Unable to control himself, Poseidon chased Medusa into the temple of Athena and proceeded to R*** her at the feet of Athena’s statue. Medusa prayed to Athena thinking that the goddess would help her.
Outraged, Athena cursed (or perhaps blessed) Medusa so that no man could ever look at her again without turning to stone. As history would have it, the men of Olympia decided to blame the victim. Medusa was forever portrayed as a monster... Medusa had no intention of hurting anyone. She just wanted to defend herself from male aggression.

The constant struggle of creativity is finding a truly original idea..
As soon as I saw the trailer for the new spider horror movie CRAWLERS I was brought back to 2012 printmaking class in college where I made these, and I’m sure somebody somewhere had the same idea for another piece of art like these before me.
