🩰 Last Saturday was our annual Ballet Night at Carol Hall.

This is a showcase of accumulated skills of each ballet level and also an awards ceremony for Dancers of the Year, Most Improved Dancers, and a new award of scholarships for our highest scoring competitive dancers to attend a workshop of their choice.

We end the evening in community, sharing food together in the Shaw Lobby.

It is such a beautiful way to wrap up spring semester and celebrate our dancers.

Last competition of the year is over, and we couldn't be prouder of these beautiful artist/athletes. Every single one of them have made big improvements in artistry, musicality, technique, and precision. We are looking forward to an even stronger season next year. Thank you so much to the dance families that support these lovelies and the ENTIRE LAMONI COMMUNITY. If you came to the recital, sponsored a dancer, purchased a tutu at Fall Festival, bought a dancer flowers, or are planning to come to the Daddy Daughter Dance this Saturday... YOU made a difference. Your generosity is what funds us and makes this kind of experience possible for every talented dancer at the studio who wants to experience it.

Wynnie- "Running Up That Hill": Platinum and 11th Overall

Joylynn- "Sound of Silence": Platinum, 1st in Category (Contemporary), and 8th Overall

Marley- "Just Like Fire": Platinum, 4th Overall, and the "Heart of Gold" Award. The “Heart of Gold” Award is a prestigious award that will be presented to soloists that the judges feel showed the most heart, soul, and passion in their performance. It is awarded in partnership with iDance4aCure, which raises money for childhood cancer.
