Valkarie Gallery Valkarie Gallery originated from the creative minds of founding members Valerie Savarie and Karrie York.

Both gallery and working studio, Valkarie is owned and run by artists, for artists and invites the community to join us in the celebration of all things creative. Together, they envisioned a space where they could collectively create and display their art. A place where they could invite a diverse collection artists to exhibit their work and whose art greatly inspired the creation of their own.

Artist Spotlight Alert!
Today we are featuring our amazing resident artist Lisa Lee Adams!
Her art is about the visceral level of connection. She is attracted to the spiritual dichotomy of the ephemeral and transcendental.
As an artist she loves texture, line, collage and the illusion of cellular interiors. She believes her works are snapshots of unseen atmospheric land or mindscapes. She is excited and curious to see where it will lead her.
She is a palette jumper, gravitating and layering a variety of media. However, she finds herself most at home with a drawing tool- making marks, scumbling up tonal value, inking and collaging. When she makes art, it is in tandem with the substrate, the unknown and the process; oftentimes her work is unraveled, not planned, like a fire.
