Super cool piece for a good friend. He went all out with a double frame and specialty mats. It’s his favorite concert poster of all time so he wanted something special. I decided to show the process. First step is hinging the poster to foam board. It can all be undone this way. Once you permanently mount something it will loose its value. With limited edition prints etc. hinging is important. The top mat was lifted off from the silver mat for more depth. The green frame is a nice accent to the outer frame. The green frame matched the poster spot on and really makes it come alive. The outer frame is one of my favorite mouldings out there and just works. It all gets topped off with Museum Glass.

1:12 scale model shadow box. Renault F1 race car from the turbo era. I built this kit and decided it might be neat in a shadow box to use as a store display. One of our customers saw it and wanted it. So it will have a new home!
