Hilary Wood I truly love what I do and feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to meet and work with people who invite me into their lives.

My website is www.HilaryWoodPhotography.com I am an award-winning photographer specializing in high-school senior portraits; engagement, family, corporate portraits; wedding and event photography I am honored to capture and preserve their most important moments and special memories. Natural light and outdoor settings provide a relaxed atmosphere and beauty for my portraits while depicting the subt

leties of expression and personality. Studio work is a more controlled environment that allows me to be creative in a totally different fashion. In either setting, my goal is always the same: to provide a lasting memory, a treasured moment in time. I am genuinely thankful that I choose to move on from my corporate management career to pursue my creative passions and have never looked back. I earned my Professional Photography Certification from Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging and Art where I was presented with the Brandom Hom Award for exhibiting enthusiasm, passion and commitment. I am also a member of the Professional Photographers of Cape Cod where I have the opportunity to network with a wonderful group of professionals. My photography work has won several awards including the "Celebration of Life" Photography Contest in Louisville, KY and Canon & Photographer's Forum magazine's annual Spring Photography Contests. My work has been published in several publications including Southern New England Weddings, Cape Cod Life Magazine, Audubon, Southeastern Massachusetts TravelHost Magazine, several novels by New England author, Sheila Connolly, nationally distributed book The Shape with No Name – Artwork by Carole Bolsey and several local newspapers. I feel that my passion and commitment to excellence is what sets me apart from the rest. Whether it is angles in architecture, celebrated tears of joy, a vibrant high-school senior or the cherished family pet, I welcome the challenges of creating very special and meaningful photographs for you and your loved ones to cherish.
