My Ball Bowler’s rubber that slows the ball down in the backbox was ripped and causing the ball to get stuck. Fleetfarm sells Baler Belting that works great as a substitute. Good as new! 🎳

This was done on my Bally Ball Bowler, but could easily be applied to pinball coin doors and whatnot…

I got a classic Bally Ball Bowler (ABC Bowling Lanes, 1957) and found an old coin chute for it. I wanted to renew it and make the Bally Logo red again, like it once was. I used Testors Enamel — Gloss Red — (1103) found at Hobby Lobby ($2.99). I used a toothpick to drop the enamel over the lettering (it’s ok to overdo it here). I then let it set for about 20 minutes before using a tight white cloth (t-shirt) lightly dipped in alcohol to wipe away the top layer (leaving the enamel that dropped inside the recessed lettering). I let it sit for another few hours before re-attaching it to the bowler. I think it turned out great!

I found a Bally Coin Chute for my Ball Bowler. There is something magical about these machines. 😎🍻
