Great job, Aerin!

We were fortunate to enjoy the services of a terrific intern since March. Her name is Aerin Scalco, an enrolled member of the Barona Band of Mission Indians. She helped with legislation and in gathering support for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People grant funding. She was a joy to have in the office and will be moving on to doing research on behalf of Native American communities. Her last day is on Thursday, and we wish her well and thank her for her service. On Monday, we acknowledged her service on the Assembly floor.
