Horsehair raku pottery is now available from my Etsy store at www.taggartpottery.etsy.com. Raku is a method of firing that takes the red-hot pot from the kiln and applies combustible materials to the surface. The material (in this case, horsehair) burns onto the surface, leaving carbon trails and smoke patterns.
