🌿🌱 Green is for Energy 💚🌳 Malachite, Rhyolite, and some very sparkly ✨️ Aventurine in the third slide.
Malachite is a personal favorite, lots of lore throughout antiquity. It has been traded for jewelry for 6,000 years. It's been called the merchant's stone for protection and luck, the money stone, and my favorite, the Disaster stone. Legend has it, if a Malachite is lost or cracks, a crisis has been averted, or some say it's a warning of impending doom 😳 I had a big Malachite ring and the stone was lost while I wore it. No disasters happened in the aftermath soooooo 🤔 ? Enjoy it for the layers and rings of color, knowing that your fellow humans have done the same for thousands of years!

Tektite crystal, River Jasper, and Tolkien! Books are a big source of inspo for our collections. My mom read the Hobbit to me as a kid and I read it myself in middle school, then the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I loved all the magic and characters, but my favorites were hobbits and ents 💚 the poetry on the back of the tree pendant is about Aragorn from LOTR

❤️ A big huge thank you!! ❤️ Bloom at BSP & Lkld Punk Flea & Winter Haven Farmers Market, 2 wild weeks, 3 big weekends, and almost 60 shirts sold
As I write this, I know that something has really changed for my small wearable art business when we sold more shirts in 2 weeks than we have in six months. I cut each shirt individually, design and choose colors intentionally, and each piece is hand stitched with crochet borders and accents. I am so completely blown away at the love for my work when folks change into their new Jaime Jay shirt for the rest of the days festivities, and return with a smile!
All of our shirts are upcycled, second hand, and truly one of a kind. Our shirts are machine washable, best done in a lingerie/mesh laundry bag. If your shirt has string ties, dry flat, spread out on a towel. Otherwise, hang dry and you're done!
