On the 12th of each month at lower Meherabad, the dhuni is lit affording all present with a unique opportunity to invite the Divine Beloved’s guidance & support in letting go of or releasing a pattern / behavior that has limited one’s ability to focus on loving & serving God

A stick thrown into the fire symbolic of burning away a particular weakness or distraction, unique to each who participate.....

Within the 24hr period of January 31st, 2019 I am blessed to have been one of 22,500 who availed themselves of the auspicious opportunity to take Darshan( go before a holy one) in the Samadhi, ( Tomb Shrine) of Avatar Meher Baba located at upper Meherabad, 6 kilometers the Pune side of Ahmednagar, Maharashtra State, India.

Meher Baba left His physical form behind, January 31, 1969. Arriving January 23, I had just enough time to assemble a chorus of over 20. The chorus also performed another original song toward the end of the programon February 1. There is video footage for that performance as well.......Enjoy
