Free Stretch & Balance Class for Adults 55+
Lake Mills Club 55 Senior Center and Studio 3-D are partnering for a FREE four-week class focused on flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength.
📅 Thursdays, July 9–30
⏰ 10:30–11:15 a.m.
📍 Club 55 Senior Center 603 E. Lake St.

Led by Debbie Griggas, this low-impact class is completed while standing and is not a seated exercise class.
